Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond meal
1/3 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup SR gluten free flour
2 eggwhites, whisked
60g nuttelex, melted
50g Moo Free choc chips (optional)
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees and grease small muffin or friand tray
Sift almond meal, icing sugar, flour in a bowl
Stir in eggwhites, melted nuttelex and choc chips (if using)
Spoon into tray and top with a slice of strawberry
Bake for 15 minutes
