Dairy Free Chocolate Custard

Ingredients:

One avocado

One banana

One teaspoon cocoa

Honey to taste

 

Method:

Blend or mash it all together

 

Dairy Free Mousse/Ice-cream

Ingredients:

1 tin of coconut cream

One teaspoon cocoa

Honey to taste

 

Method:

Combine ingredients then freeze.

When almost frozen take out and blitz it.

Can eat it then for mousse or freeze longer for ice cream
