The Annual General Meeting of the Reflux Infants Support Association (RISA) Inc will be held at 8pm EST time on Tuesday, 4th June 2013 by electronic conference, for the purpose of considering the following business:

  1. To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General meeting
  2. To receive the Management Committee’s report
  3. To receive the statement of income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and mortgages, charges and securities affecting the property of the Association for the year ended 31 March 2013
  4. To receive the auditor’s or verifier’s report on the financial affairs of the association for the year ended 31 March 2013
  5. To elect members of the management committee and sub-committees
  6. To appoint an auditor
  7. To transact any other business which may properly be transacted at an AGM

If you do not have access to the internet and wish to participate, please contact RISA Inc. Members may appoint a proxy in accordance with Part 4, Section 35 of our constitution using the form set out at Appendix 1.
