WHAT RISA Inc OFFERS

For non-members:

  • Telephone contact with other parents who have experienced reflux with their own child. The contacts take calls in their own homes. Callers do not require membership with their initial call (please be aware that our Contact are unpaid volunteers)
  • A “Special Edition” newsletter for those whose child has been diagnosed with gastro-oesophageal reflux
  • An information brochure for those whose child has NOT been diagnosed with reflux
  • Coffee mornings. We organise and host coffee mornings in Brisbane, Sydney and other areas as they are requested. These are friendly get-togethers over morning tea, and are good opportunities to discuss your reflux issues with other “reflux parents”. A RISA contact will be present to facilitate discussions. Children are very welcome, but supervision is not provided.

  • A library service. Financial RISA members are able to borrow from our collection of library books. Should they wish to borrow any of these books, they contact us, and leave their full details along with the book title(s). We’ll arrange to have the book(s) sent
